This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to transfer the investigation of the complaint given by the petitioner on 29.07.2015 in CSR No.311 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kallakurichi Police Station, Kallakurichi, Villupuram District to some other Investigating Agency, preferably CB-CID Villupuram, Villupuram District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein, a case in Cr.No.472 of 2015 has been registered for offences under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 323, 379 and 506(ii) IPC. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
