This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 5th respondent to file a final report in Crime No.15 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Avinangudi Police Station, Cuddalore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR, the fifth respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a closure report or charge report, as the case may be under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
