The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to defreeze the current account bearing No.161902000000271 1/4
of the firm M/s.Maria Enterprises by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2023.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the first respondent being a Nationalized bank, freezed the OD account of the firm without even a prior intimation. Thereby, the petitioner made a representation on 24.04.2023 to the first respondents to defreeze the account and the same is not considered. Hence, the present petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents and hence, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view 2/4
of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners' dated 24.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as the private respondents, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
