The respondent does not have any objection for the transfer of the case filed by him on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram to the file of First Additional Family Court at Chennai, where the HMOP filed by the petitioner is pending. Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. HMOP No.318/2015 pending on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the First Additional Family Court at Chennai to be tried jointly with HMOP https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
No.4308 of 2015 filed by the petitioner herein (wife). However, there shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
