O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners on their release from prison, shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., unitl further orders, by order dated 18.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12600 of 2020 on 18.08.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, they seek for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12600 of 2020 on 18.08.2020 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
