ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent/Inspector of Police to file charge sheet FIR in Crime No.43 of 2018 by incorporating penalty of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Only).

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. The prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition to proceed with the case in Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court jurisdiction.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.13824 of 2019 is closed.
