Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the District Collector, Dindigul District and made in Na.Ka.No.4379/2002/A3(2), dated 22.10.2002, the first respondent herein and the proceedings of the Assistant Director (Panchayats), Office of the Assistant Director (Panchayats), Dindigul made in Na.Ka.No.173/04/A3, dated 06.01.2004, the second respondent herein and qush the same and consequently direct the respondents to restore the cheque signing power to the petitioner and to administer the bank accounts of the Silukkuvarpatti Panchayat Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District.
