(i) a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to ensure strict implementation of the Inter State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979 and initiate action against establishments, contractors operating in violation of the Inter State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979; (ii) a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent culminating in clause 4(i) and 4(x) of G.O.Ms.No.
forthwith evolve a management plan to ensure safe and dignified transport of migrant workers stranded in Tamil Nadu to their respective home states, publish the same.
