C.M.P.Nos.10394, 10396 & 10398 of 2021 have been filed to condone the delay of 341 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement petition; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent Murugesan; to bring on record the respondents 2 to 5 as legal representatives of the deceased respondent in the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Mr.V.Manoharan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for ordering C.M.P.No.10394 of 2021. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions and the recording the objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, C.M.P.No.10394 of 2021 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.10394 of 2021, C.M.P.Nos.10396 & 10398 of 2021 are also ordered.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that there is connected C.R.P.No.3958 of 2016, which is pending and the same is posted on https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/ 31.08.2021.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents requested to refer the matter before the Mediation but the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek time to get instructions whether the parties are willing for settlement. 6.At the request of both the counsels, post the matter on 31.08.2021 along with C.R.P.No.3958 of 2016.
