ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed for a direction to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court for CCB and CBCID Cases, Egmore, to expedite the trial in C.C. No.409 of 2016.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent, namely CCB, states that the prosecutor intend to examine 50 witnesses and so far 15 witnesses have been examined and within six months period, the remaining witnesses will be examined.

3.
