ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 465,468 and 420 of I.P.C in Crime No.04 known of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused induced the defacto complainant that he will secure job in Australia and collected Rs.4,85,000/- from the defacto complainant. Thereafter, the accused neither secured a job nor returned back the amount to the defacto complainant. Hence the law enforcing registered the case against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the petitioner and he has not received any amount from the defacto complainant. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner induced the defacto complainant that he will secure job in Australia and received a sum of Rs..4,85,000/- from the defacto complainant. Thereafter, the petitioner neither secured a job nor returned back the amount to the defacto complainant and cheated him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Taking into consideration the facts of the case and the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
