Mr.I.Syed Sibghatulla, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondents and is armed with instructions to enable final disposal of this Writ Petition, even at the stage of admission.

The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus simplicitor directing respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 23.03.2024, wherein he has sought permission for erecting high voltage electricity line in Government waste land instead of his agricultural land in Survey No.302/1A, 301/4B, 300/2B, 300/1B, stated to be ad measuring 3 acres and 15 cents, Patta No.1342 in Malayampatti Village, Pethanayagampalayam Taluk, Salem District.

3. Mr.I.Syed Sibghatulla, on instructions, would accede to the 2/4

receipt of representation and would have no objection to a mandamus being issued.

4. Hence, there is a direction to R3 to hear the petitioner and pass orders on representation dated 23.03.2024, strictly in accordance with law and all applicable rules and regulations, within a period of six (6) weeks from today.
