There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 10.40 a.m. today.

Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent, on instructions, states that the amount claimed from the Petitioner, which is challenged in this Writ Petition, has been fully recovered by the Third Respondent after the filing of the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
