Crl.M.P.No.6185 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.20775 of 2019 Crl.M.P.No.6185 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.20775 of 2019 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this miscellaneous petition in Crl.O.P.No.20775 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.800 of 2019 on the file of the learned Special Judge, TNPID Court, Chennai was filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20775 of 2019.
2. It is the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that at the time of admission, a condition has been imposed on the Petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer once in 15 days for a period of three months. Only after getting instructions from the Investigating Officer, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) can submit his arguments regarding the compliance of the said condition, whether the Petitioner had complied with or not.
