Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is ordered as prayed for.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order has been complied with before the Sub Registrar, Ambattur. However, the District has been bifurcated and the property in question comes under the Sub Registrar, Koonur and that this entry is not being reflected on the file of the Sub Registrar, Koonur when the E.C is applied for. Learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3, 7 and 8 would submit that it would be reflected. Therefore, he is directed to produce the proof of the same. Post on 19.07.2025.
