These petitions are filed under Order 32 Rules 12(1) and 12(2) of Code of Civil Procedure (i) to declare the first and second appellants in SA.No.773 of 2010 as majors and (ii) to discharge their mother one Meenakshi from their guardianship.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents did not raise any serious objections in allowing these petitions.

3. This court is also satisfied with the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
