2. The writ petition was instituted by the Indian Evangelical Lutheran Church and the said writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn in the year 2016 itself. The review application has been filed by the writ petitioner on account of the fact that the petitioner had withdrawn in the year 2016 itself and now at this length of time question of reviewing the order does not arise at all.

3. With these observations, this Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
