ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Both the petitioner and the detenue, who is the wife, already approached the Court for restitution of conjugal rights and divorce.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that an attempt towards mediation can be done, we wish to undertake the said exercise by directing the parties to appear before the District Mediation Centre at Coimbatore on 03.11.2020. We make it clear that on that date the detenue, namely, the wife of the petitioner shall bring the child to the District Mediation Centre at
