Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision and he has also made an endorsement to that effect and the same reads as follows :- "Document Nos.5 & 6 is not legible. I may be permitted to receive the same, so far other documents are concerned. I may be permitted to file petition under Section 91 Cr.PC. In view of the above endorsement I am not pressing the petition."
