ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 27.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31702 of 2015, thereby directing the first respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Administrative Officer notionally, by including her name in between Serial Nos.11 and 12 in the panel year 2008-2009 dated 13.02.2010 with all service benefits, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the second respondent vide proceedings dated 06.08.2024. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 06.08.2024, before this Court. 3.
