This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first and third Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18648 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20712 of 2024 dated 03.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20712 of 2024 dated 03.09.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.18648 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20712 of 2024 dated 03.01.2025 is relaxed.
