COMMON ORDER These Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the common order dated 11.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.32238 of 2023 and etc., thereby directing the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representations submitted by the petitioners considering the observation made by this Court in W.P.No.17617 of 2019 and W.P.No.14734 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted detailed enquriy and passed order on 20.08.2024 on the representation submitted by the petitioners. He also produced a copy of the order dated 20.08.2024 before this Court.
