On earlier three occasions, no instruction has been reported by the learned Additional Government Pleader and therefore, this Court is constrained to pass order with the available records.

On 9.6.2015, the petitioner made a representation to the second respondent marking a copy to the respondent-No.1 to conduct election for Parent Teacher Association. The petitioner is said to be the father of two students, who are studying in the second respondent school. Though the said representation was acknowledged by the second respondent, so far it has not been considered and hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.

The petitioner only wants a direction to conduct election for Parent Teacher Association. The Rule also provides for such a course of action. The Bye-laws of the school https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

association is required to be approved by the Educational Officer under the control of the school. It is the duty of the Deputy Director (Education), District Educational Officer, Assistant Educational Officer and all Heads of schools in the State to constitute Parent Teachers Association. Though, there is an association in the second respondent school, no election has been conducted over the years.

Accordingly, a direction is issued to the respondents to conduct Parents Teacher Association to the second respondent school within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of the order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
