O R D E R

The petitioner has been released on anticipatory bail in C.MP.No.754 of 2018 on 09.04.2018 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore for the alleged offences under Sections 383, 497, 503 and 506 (ii) IPC on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present application for modification of the above said condition on the ground that the petitioner is working in Bangalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. In the considered opinion of this Court, the aforesaid condition cannot be completely relaxed.

Taking into consideration nature of the allegation in the FIR and the fact that the petitioner has been released on anticipatory bail and not on regular bail, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court, Coimbatore for modification of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

aforesaid condition after surrendering before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore and furnishing surities.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
