W.M.P.No. 16361 of 2023 W.M.P.No. 16361 of 2023 in W.P.No. 36248 of 2016 P.B. BALAJI. J, The Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to re-call the order dated 31.03.2023 dismissing W.P.No.36248 of 2016 for non-prosecution.

2. It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Miscellaneous Petition that the learned counsel on record, Mr.J.Ramkumar died in the year 2022 itself and the Writ Petition came to be dismissed on 31.03.2023.

3. The reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Miscellaneous Petition appears to be bonafide and deserves consideration. In the interest of Justice, the petitioner is entitled to canvas his case on merits. Accordingly, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The Writ Petition in W.P.No.36248 of 2016 is restored to file.

4. The Registry is directed to post the matter under the caption "Final Hearing" in the first week of July.
