ILANTHIRAIYAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.7268 of 2022 IN CRL OP.1447/2022 K.MAHESWARAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] SUB INSPECTOR OF POLICE, KINATHUKADAVU POLICE STATION, COIMBATORE DISTRICT (CRIME NO.27/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honble Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl OP No.1447 of 2022 by order dated 25.01.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1447 of 2022 on 25.01.2022 to appear before the Learned respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
