..Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to receive the sale deed dated 05.08.2020 under Temporary No.TP/92886862/2020 and register the same in respect of the property comprised in Nanjai S.No.545/1 as per patta New.S.No.545/1-0.39.50 hares, S.No.541/2-0.41.00 ares, totalling 0.80.50 ares [1 acre and 99 cents] situate at Thirumudivakkam Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Chengalpet District and on registration of the same, release the document to the petitioner.

ORDER
(1)This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to receive the Sale Deed that was presented by the petitioner on 05.08.2020 and to register the same and release the document within the time stipulated by this Court.

(2)The grievance of the petitioner is that a Sale Deed came to be executed in favour of the petitioner on 05.08.2020 and this document was presented before the 3rd respondent along with all the relevant records. It is complained that the 3rd respondent did not receive the Sale Deed and register the document. Left with no other alternative, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions. (3)Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of the respondents.
(4)Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to immediately receive the Sale Deed dated 05.08.2020 that is submitted for registration and register the same if it is in order. If there are any valid reasons for the 3rd respondent, not to register the document, then an appropriate order shall be passed under Section 71 of the Registration Act.
(5)This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
