ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a challenge under Section 47A of the Indian Stamp Act. However, during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner has paid the entire Stamp Duty demand as stated in Section 47A proceedings and pursuant to that, the document has also been released in favour of the petitioner.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
