Alleging that the respondents are taking steps to evict the petitioner, in view of the final order passed by this Court, the present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to recall the order dated 20.03.2023, wherein respondents 5, 6 and 8 were not represented before this Court when the matter was finally disposed of.

2. In this background, the option available to the petitioners herein would be to challenge the eviction notice and not seek for recalling the earlier order. Thus, I do not find any merits in the present miscellaneous petition.

3. Accordingly, W.M.P.No.14267 of 2023 in W.P.No.15769 of 2021 stands dismissed.
