BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, R-7, K.K.NAGAR POLICE STATION, CHENNAI (CRIME NO.50 OF 2013) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.7096 of 2021 dated 16.04.2021 that the petitioner shall report before the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m. till the final disposal of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.M.SANTHARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7096 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 306 of IPC in Crime No.50 of 2013, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
