BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.7940 of 2022 IN CRL RC.392/2022 N.SETHURAMAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs S.SEETHALAKSHMI [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply with the order dated 13.04.2022 made in the Crl.M.P.No.3968 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.392 of 2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.POORNIMA, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that if three weeks further time is granted, the petitioner will comply with the conditional order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, as per the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, three weeks time is granted from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is made clear that there will be no further extension of time. If the petitioner fails to deposit the amount within the said extended period of three weeks, then the interim order granted by this Court shall stand automatically vacated.
