During the course of hearing, learned Standing counsel for the respondents submits that the relief sought for in this petition has been already granted by the respondents vide proceedings bearing no.4810-1/FP.Rajamanickam/EA/2020 dated 03.09.2020 and as such, no further adjudication is required in this petition. She has also placed a copy of the letter dated 18.09.2020 addressed to the first respondent expressing the petitioner's willingness to withdraw the Writ Petition in view of the said fact. 2.Considering the above factual position, this Court is of the considered view that no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
