2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would invite an attention of this Court, that there is an inadvertent error occurred in the order dated 26.08.2025:- (i) In paragraph no.4 ".... the amount that was advanced by the proposed party has been refunded by the owner third defendant herself" is wrongly typed as "... the amount that was advanced by the proposed party has been refunded by the owner fourth defendant himself", (ii) In paragraph No.5 also "The trial Court, without even considering the contentions advanced by the respondent/the revision petitioner as well as the third defendant" is wrongly typed as "The trial Court, without even considering the contentions advanced by the respondent/the revision petitioner as well as the fourth defendant" and 1/3

(iii) In paragraph no.6 also it has been wrongly typed as fourth defendant in two places instead it should be modified as "third defendant".

4. Accordingly, Registry is directed to make necessary corrections and issue a fresh order copy to the parties. The other portion of the order shall remains unaltered.
