The respondent instituted a proceedings in G.W.O.P.No.1 of 2015 before the District Court, Nilgris. The petitioner is a resident of Coimbatore. She is staying along with her minor child.

The petitioner has come up with this petition for transfer on the ground that being a resident of Coimbatore, it would be difficult for her to appear before the District Court, Nilgris.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the respondent in spite of his name printed in the cause list after service.

The original petition in G.W.O.P.No.1 of 2015 was instituted by the respondent before the District Court, Nilgris. The petitioner is a resident of R.S.Puram, Coimbatore. 5.

According to the petitioner, she is taking care of her daughter, who is a student of U.K.G and it would be very difficult to appear before the District Court, Nilgris.

6. There is nothing on record to suspect the bonafides in filing this transfer petition. I am therefore of the view that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the transfer petition deserves to be allowed.

7. In the result, the proceedings in G.W.O.P.No.1 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of District Court, Nilgris and is transferred to the file of Family Court, Coimbatore.

8. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
