ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.59/2006 before the competent court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.59 of 2006, on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ulundurpet and the same has been returned as the limitation period was over.

3. Since the charge sheet filed by the respondent police has been returned with an endorsement that the limitation period is over, nothing survives in this petition and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
