O R D E R
The petitioner is the respondent in GWOP.No.21 of 2015 pending on the file of Principal District Court at Chengalpet. The petitioner has come up with this petition for transfer of the proceeding to the Family Court at Chennai.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submitted that the respondent has no objection for transfer of the proceeding without admitting the correctness of the pleadings made in the transfer petition.
3. There are two proceedings pending between the parties.
4. The proceeding in GWOP No.21 of 2015 initiated by the respondent is pending before the Principal District Court at Chengelpet. The proceeding in HMOP No.4576 of 2015 initiated by the petitioner for divorce is pending on the file of First Additional Family Court at Chennai. Since the respondent has no objection for withdrawal of the proceedings from Principal District Court at Chengelpet and transfer it to the Family https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Court at Chennai, the transfer petition deserves to be allowed.

The proceeding in GWOP No.21 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Principal District Court at Chengalpet and is transferred to the file of First Additional Family Court at Chennai for disposal on merits, along with HMOP No.4576 of 2015. This order of transfer is made without prejudice to the contentions taken by the respondent that he denies all the contentions taken by the petitioner in the transfer petition.
7. The Transfer CMP is allowed with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
