This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to produce final report in respect of the Crime No.25 of 2021.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed as "Further action dropped".
