ORDER
Challenging the order dated 30.03.2026 made in C.M.P.No.711 of 2026 in C.C.No.18 of 2024 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, the petitioner has filed the present petition.
2. The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2 in C.C.No.18 of 2024, has filed a petition to recall the witnesses PW.1, P.W.8 and P.W.9 for further crossexamination in Crl.M.P.No.711 of 2026. The trial Court, vide order dated 30.03.2026, dismissed the same. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the judgment in C.C.No.18 of 2024 has been rendered on 07.04.2026. The petitioner has been convicted and has also preferred an appeal. Hence, she seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition.
