The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. She seeks the transfer of H.M.O.P.No.476 of 2015 pending on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee, to the file of III Additional Family Court at Chennai.

The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent does not have any objection for ordering such transfer. An endorsement to that effect has also been made.
