ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(2) of IPC, in Crime No.344 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioners and the defacto complainant had a wordy quarrel between them. It is alleged that the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant's son and caused injuries. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant's son and caused head injury and the injured in still in the hospital. Hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
