ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.783 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25170 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every first Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25170 of 2024 dated 09.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.Nos.15924 of 2024 & 783 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25170 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024 and 22.01.2025 respectively is relaxed.
