It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that as against the order of the Writ Court, he has preferred a Writ Appeal along with condone delay petition in CMP.No.16283 of 2022, wherein, the delay has been condoned by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized of the matter. However, a liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.

3. With the above liberty, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 10.10.2022 Index: Yes/No Sni Cont.P.No.1078 of 2022 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2/2
