Crl.M.P.No.4971 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.SR.17270 of 2016 G.CHOCKALINGAM, J., This Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 350 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 30.01.2015 made in Mc.No.30 of 2011 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit 50% of the arrears amount and he has also made an endorsement to that effect and the same reads as follows :- "The petitioner is willing to deposit 50% of the arrears amount" 3.The above said endorsement is recorded.

4.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this petition. 5.Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel on record, this Court is inclined to allowed the petition, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the arrears of maintenance amount to the credit of MC.No.30 of 2011 on the file of Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, on or before 18.08.2016, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed, automatically without further reference to this Court. 6.For compliance, call on 19.08.2016.
