Crl.M.P.No.7816 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.298 of 2022 D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY , J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the 2nd respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in Crl.A.No.298 of 2022 dated 07.04.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Upon considering the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month (i.e.,) first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of five months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
