ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 31.05.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Section 22(C) NDPS Act, in Cr.No.418 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the tobacco product seized from the petitioner is a commercial quantity and strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Now, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner through video conferencing seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition.
