O R D E R
This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.97 of 2017 pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Chengalpet and transfer the same to the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner and her family members quarrelled with the respondent and attacked him on 30.01.2017. The respondent gave a complaint before the Mamallapuram Police Station and subsequently the said complaint was closed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will advise the petitioner not to indulge in any illegal activities against the respondent, when he appears before the Family Court, Chennai and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.97 of 2017 pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Chengalpet to the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent.

In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.97 of 2017 pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Chengalpet is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Chengalpet, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.97 of 2017 to the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
