Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondent herein in G.O.(D)No.106, Public Works(E2) Department, G.O.(D)No.108, Public Works (E2)Department, dated 25.04.2018, Government Letter No.8503/E2/2018-2-Public Works Department, dated 25.04.2018 and G.O.(D)No.203, Public Works (E), Dept. dated 28.06.2018 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and to issue consequential direction to the respondent herein to forthwith promote the 1/4

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent development happened during the pendency of the Writ Petition, nothing survives in this writ petition and sought to dismiss the Writ Petition as infrucutous.

2.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

3. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 4.There shall be no order as to costs.
