Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or order or direction in the nature of a Writ directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to run wholesale fruits business in Door No.B-20, CMDA, GMT Road, Madhavaram, Chennai 600 110 peacefully as the petitioner is possessing valid license/allotment from the respondents, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2020. 2. Mr.S.Thiruvenkatam, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the writ petition is not maintainable and there is no proposal to dispossess or interfere with the business of vending of fruits by the petitioner in Door No.B-20, CMDA, GMT Road, Madhavaram, Chennai 600 110.
