ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, every day at 10.30 a.m., Page No.1 of 4

until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7713 of 2025 in Crime No.8 of 2025 dated 17.03.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7713 of 2025 dated 17.03.2025 is relaxed.
