ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.6275 of 2026 dated 11.03.2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police twice a day at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6275 of 2026 dated 11.03.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday, at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.
